For over 54 years, the Dr. A. A. Deshmukh Foundation has been a pillar of compassionate healthcare and accessible education. Founded in memory of Dr. A. A. Deshmukh, a visionary healer, our mission is to provide cost-effective, charitable healthcare and empower the underprivileged through education.
AJA Charitable Dialysis Centre
From Panvel to Chiplun (200 km stretch), this is the only affordable dialysis facility.
With kidney failure cases rising due to diabetes, hypertension, and lifestyle stress, we provide a lifeline to rural patients who can’t afford frequent long-distance travel.

- Surgical operations – fully/partially free in Mahad or partner hospitals in Mumbai
- Subsidized ICU care & indoor admissions under govt. schemes
- Medicines – procured at discounted rates and provided free to those in need
Educational Support
- Fee payment for professional & higher education courses
- Distribution of free test books, note books, and uniforms
- Sponsoring teachers for special classes (English, Marathi, Urdu, Arabic)
- Adopting children for full educational & social needs
- Infrastructure support – donation of computers, furniture, and learning material to small unaided schools
Our Vision for the Future With increased support
We plan to :
- Introduce tertiary health care services in the region
- Launch qualified vocational training for school dropouts & youth seeking better employment
- Offer skill-based programs for those migrating abroad for work (especially the Gulf countries)
- Build a self-sustaining ecosystem of education + health + livelihood
